if you had a phone # somewhere on your site, i would buy a grill today, but im not just gonna send you money and an email and hope i get my grill. i would feel alot better ordering from a company that i dont know anything about if they gave me a phone number so i can actually talk to someone.

mtbfreak40, I understand your feeling. I don't provide a number because I'm in and out of the office all the time. I miss calls because people don't like leaving msg. If you want security and safety, you may use PayPal. I recommend people use Paypal actually. Or you can wait for people here to order parts first.
