I bought it thinking it would work on my 1st gen BP....It was made for a 2nd Gen KIA Sephia which I am told has the same head as the 2nd gen BP motor.....Am asking $300 OBO+Shipping

No the Flanges are different on the 1st geb BPs and the 2nd gens...I'm not sure what else is different, sensors and such...
