Hi all, I have another deal for you!

This is a direct bolt in for all 1G proteges and 91-96 Escort GT's.

Intercooler is an Isuzu NPR Core (24Wx8.5Hx2.5). The end-tanks have been modified to mount correctly (side to side bottom end) and are 2.5".

The piping is all mandrel bent and TIG welded 2.5" . It is currently painted charcoal grey mica with clear coat. It can be painted almost any color you want before it arrives.

The BOV is from a stock 1.8 GTX and is recirculatable back into an intake (currently venting to atmosphere). It also has the bung welded in for the BAC valve under the throttle body.

This also comes with the piece that bolts directly to the GTX turbo outlet. This is a completely custom setup and will drastically reduce air temps coming out of the turbo, I noticed a 20whp gain from my last intercooler with this setup with strong pull in the higher rpm range.

I should have all of the hose clamps and connectors as well.
