Looking for a driver side fog light for a 2001 ES, a rock or something went through mine so I need to replace it. Rather save the money on labour and do it myself so if anyone knows how to do it that would be great too.

 

Check and see if the fog light from the 2002 will fit on the 2001, if so my boy might be willing to sell his to you. With the custom front end we're getting put on the front end we don't really need them anymore. Only his drivers side light is good though cause a rock hit the passanger side one and cracked it so now it's full of moisture. Anyway...if you're interested let me or 1fatEs know ASAP.

That is a great coincidence because I am only looking for a driver side light. How much are you willing to part with it for?

 

make me an offer and we can go from there....I cant remember how much they are for a new one...I think they are about 170 for just one so let me know how much you what to pay plus shipping

The pictures may give you a clue on how to do it.

Up to fig 7, after disconnecting the bulb, I believe there is only 1 wire left.

BUT, if you look at fig 1b, there is a zap strap there. If you can remove that and unplug the wire from there, you can remove the housing as a whole.

I'm not sur eif there are any close up pictures, but you should be able to get a general idea. The passengers side light is cracked, but the drivers side is like brand new. Feel free to make us an offer on the light.
