Bought from protege5online.com for 240, put them on my 99 LX 3 weeks ago... then bought the new mazdaspeed protege and sister driving my old car.. but afraid i have to pay for the struts if they blew out... so i replaced back the stock... only 3 weeks old in the car.. dont know how much should i sell them for... You really should eliminate this phrase from your description if you actually want to sell them:

It's highly unlikely that a 1" drop would blow struts in 3 weeks, unless you motocross your protege

 

I think he means he doesn't want to leave them on the car since his sister is now driving, and if the struts ever have a problem in the future as a result of having lowering springs, he'd have to pay for the repairs.

btw this only works for Protege 99 & above Sedans... i believe protege 5 has different kit...
