What is APC different from them?

How about lowering the price down to about 100-125? or include shipping for $150? Like Bijou said, they are going for cheap on e-bay...and are the powered or manual???

 

These are manual BUT they are already painted!! I got like almost $100 (after i bought the paint) just to have them painted.
