I know this is a ricer forum... but even a heavily modified Eclipse is slow. My daily driver is a Protege, but when I went out to Arizona I rented a Ford Mustang GT convertible for the duration of my stay. While I was out there enjoying the beautiful weather I picked a couple races with some ricers, just for ***** and giggles. One of them happened to be a heavily modified Eclipse GS-R with the twin turbo. Light turns green, I kick his ***, end of story. The guy followed me into the parking lot to see what I had mods I had on the car. He was totally suprised to see that it was stock. Whats the moral of the story? No matter how much you love imports, you can't be pure American muscle.

No.

Accord V6 is faster. Handles better too. And costs less.
And... Rice tastes good with Teriyaki beef.

By the way, they're spelled Asian and Dragons.

No this is not a ricer forum or no American Muscle is not faster than rice?

I know how Asian and Dragons are spelled, but does Bizob=Bob? If then your spelling mistake is just as bad.

Anyways I'm not here to argue, I respect your opiniong just as much as anyone elses.

According to the Honda car comparison, an accord V6 without the navigation costs alomst $2,000 more than a Mustang GT Premium Coupe. The Mustang has 20 more horsepower and 90 more pounds of torque, yet it only weighs 82 more pounds. Mathematically the Mustang is a faster car.
These are all numbers I got off the Honda website, so I hope you don't think my numbers are biased in any way.

If you would read my posts clearly you would notice that I rented a Mustang GT which is a V8. We were simply doing a comparison on an Accord V6 vs a Mustang GT. BTW I don't drive a Mustang, I drive a 2001 Mazda Protege ES. Please read the whole thread so you know what is going on before you start calling people names.

I read the posts...but anyway, why are you calling this a "ricer" board?

Well how do you define ricer? If being a ricer is a bad thing I apologize, but I'm into tuning Japanese cars and to most people that classifies me as a ricer. I mean my old Honda was riced out to the max before it got stolen and I bought my Protege, now I'm working on my Protege. From what I've seen thats what most people on these message boards are looking to do, so I just assumed its a ricer board, if it isn't let me know what it is and I'll recant my old statement and call it a "_____" board
