Question What's up with Mitsubishi Eclipses???

Alright...so a good friend of mine is looking to add a custom grill to her 2002 Eclipse GT, because quite simply Eclipses don't come with a front grill. She just wants a clean look that will fill the gap in her grill. So being a good friend, I was going to try to look into this for her. So I was thinking simple **** like those cheap Home Depot mesh grill mods that a lot of people have done on here to their Mazdas. Simple looking ****. I check out cardomain pages to see what something like this would look like and all I see is Eclipses straight out from the rings of Saturn and my ***. For real, I saw some weird **** on these Eclipses like straight from outer space. Seriously there is some wild **** out there. Most of them look tight, I give them credit....some look like well.....****. I mean come on..... hydroulics on an Eclipse? Anyways, if anyone has pics of a simple Eclipse grill mod, please let me know. Thanks.

Maybe before you bash the "Home depot" grills, have a look at mine... I'm one of the few who took the time to do them right.

...Just for a few. For bigger ones and more of them, check my WWW.

Sorry man...I wasn't bashing the Home Depot mod. I meant "cheap" as in "inexpensive". My friend doesn't want to spend too much money, so I suggested this to her. From what I've seen....anybody who has done this, it really looks good....including yours.

No worries man. The gutter guard is a damn good mesh, I'd reccomend it for any mesh project.

Nice car, Nick!

The grill looks really good... My Home Depot grill got all messed up, though 'cause it's way too thin... Yours seems to be of better quality.

I got a better question why do the Eclipse guys always want to race me. My stock 1st gen runs circles around most of them. I have to beat the **** out of them (Yes street racing I'm trying to stop but it is so hard when there are sooo many people like this.) and then they swear that I have all this **** done to my car cause I bet there little stock or litely mod eclipse they are not that fast!

Ya, that's one of the most popular guy colors believe it or not. It's almost as ugly as my avatar!

My dad just bought a 2003 Spyder that color. But at least it's got a black top and not a tan one.

What's funny is that the kids at the local carwash keep asking him when he's going to start modifying it! Dad's 58...

I have a friend who has one that exact color. It's fast, a lot faster than mine, but we make fun of him because it looks gay and he specifically chose that color.
