What will your next car be?

Have you test driven the MSP? It's a sweet ride. hehe
Honestly I'm not big on any of the U.S. brands...except maybe the Focus... I think it's a 50/50 gamble on the reliability of those though
And, yeah, if I got a new protege, it'd have to be the Mazdaspeed, or the wagon.
I don't much else that I really like right now (in the price / compact class that I'm considering)
If I decide not to spring for a new car, I'd try and find a good old first gen RX-7 for some RWD fun as a second car. Let's hope I get that money I need, hehe...someone even suggested opening a donation 'box' for me to get a new car, 'cause mine looks too bad on the track...lol, I guess

Next car? Something rwd, or maybe awd.
IS300 (wish it was the RS200) perhaps
Or the Lan Evo .. maybe it will make it to Canada by the time I'm ready for a new car. If not that, perhaps Subaru will hire some decent designers and the Impreza will look nice by then.
The G35 Coupe is quite nice, as is the 350Z .. and RX-8 of course but I like having 4 doors and a trunk. hehe

There are so many cars I'd like to get, it's crazy. I've always wanted a 4th gen Maxima ('95-'99), the VQ engine is ubelievable. It would just be for a daily driver/cruiser, some nice 18s, 2" drop, nice system. It's nice to know that there are turbo kits out there avaliable too if I were interested. How's 270fwhp @ 5psi sound? I dunno what the 10 and 12 psi #s were, but they were HUGE!

90210Brandon hit it right on the nose. I am a junior engineer and I picked the P5 b/c of the cost, utility and looks. I could have afforded a wrx or rsx type s or others, but who wants to work to pay for a car. I got savings, travelling, and the finer things in life. I honestly don't think it would be worth it to throw down big coin on a high end new car right after grad, it kind of ties you to it. If I was to buy another car today, I would be looking slightly used (~20k or so). I think I would like to try a wankel car out, but I have heard the maintenance is a killer.

I'm out of college but next July, after owning the Protege for two years, I'm re-joining the Honda family. I'm counting down the days until I order my new Honda Accord V6 6 speed coupe with all the options.
