I saw a NEON today with a painted red dash, HUGE tach, HUGE wing, white graphics on the side, front air damn, a DOUBLE muffler outlet (with fart cans on each end) fog lights and........

stock rims.

THAT is rice pure and simple.

Yeah, not my taste thats for sure. However, he might have had the power to back it up. You never know. As for the stock rim thing. Some peeps do switch over to stock rims for racing 'cause alot of factory rims are lighter than aftermarket. Not to say I'm defending that guy or anything.

ricers are those people that buy those huge body kits but don't paint them. they also park too close to curbs and crack their unpainted chin spoilers.

ricers tend to go overboard with yellow vinyl on maroon-colored vehicles.

ricers think they can race everyone....because their springs are cut.

ricers usually mount their double-stack fujiyama street-weapon type-R wing at the wrong angle (sorta acts like a wind BREAK).

generally speaking, the 'ricers' i've encountered spend less time doing engine mods and more time concentrating on "how those clear taillights are gonna look" (who knows? but you'll be seeing MY taillights as i leave you in the dust).

a ricer is basically what everyone has mentioned, with their hugh wings and fart cans. The majority of ricers own hondas, i own a civic hatchback and those ricers give honda owner a bad name. But if they got the power under the hood to back it up, it would be a great sleeper car.

I'll post some pictures of deadly rice as soon as I get home today. Baaaad rice. I saw four cars in one day, each of them worse than the one before.

Man you dont need to go to circuit city to find rice. Just head up to Pelham and sit at the Sonic. I guarentee you'll see at LEAST thirty really bad ricers inside an hour. But yeah, Circuit city was bad. At least three cars with 14 or 15 inch spinner hubcaps came in every week.

holy crap!! I love Sonic in pelham....it's right near the new bowling alley so all the local kids drive by and fart-pipe he old people in their antique hotrods because they think they're faster then the mustangs...it's very comical.

p.s. I pwn3d a honda on 65S the other day. It was fun. I can't wait until I get the blower on though.
