What is involved in buying a used car from
a private seller (not a dealer).
I am looking to buy a $800 RX-7 and the owner is not sure of how to go about this and neither do I, since I never bought a used car before.
Basically, I need to know about the transfer of title and other details. If anybody has some insight, I will really appreciate it
