skeet/trap shooting... nothing like pulverizing the little discs to make stress go away!

That is so very true man, i feel ya on that one ....
Work has been stressing me out also.
I work as a Jr Network Administrator, and also end user support as well. Everyone in the PC field knows how stressing that can be.
Dealing with end users that are just plain stupid ! They are the ones who need to be punched in the face ...
Here are some examples of what i have to listen to everyday.

End User- I cant print where is the printer button ?
Me- The same place its been for the last year

End User- I opened the attachment from hahaha@sexyfun.net ... I think i have a virus
Me- *Thinks to self* You fuc*in IDIOT !!!!!!!

End User- I spilled water on my keyboard and it doesnt work no more
OR
My keyboard doesnt work * When i ask what happened, they act like they dont know until i pick up the keyboard and water falls out * And then they say OH ..... i spilled water in there last week ? Damn liers !

I could go on forever but i will tell everyone my worse one ...

End User- My cup holder is broken
Me- What ?
End User- Can you come look at this please
Me- Hmmmmph Lord can i please when the lottery ! * In a mumbling tone *
End User- Are you coming ? ??
Me- Yeah

And when i came over she put the bottle of water in the cd rom slot and broke the cd rom !
IDIOTS !!!!!!!
Now they need to get a punch in the face lol.

Could of quit but the Pro got me $19,000 in debt But i dont wanna sell it !

I feel ya dude, i have my fair share of days like that too. lol if you're gonna sell the pro (dont!!), get a Se-R...lol you'd love it... but oh well keep the pro....

back to the subject...

I either crank my home stereo with some good music ranging from jass, blues, classical, acoustic rock, to if im really pissed some loud thrashing metal (i.e. slipknot).

on other occasions, i just get the keys to my dad and i's (dunno how to state that...lol) big *** 2 door 75 Electra, roll down the big windows and just cruise for a couple hours, nothing as relieving as driving a big 455c.i. V8, with big lazy boy style seats and two huge windows open!

lol or just punch a wall for a while and see how numb your knuckles get, or how big of a hole you can make, thats always fun

I recently started playing golf. While a lot of the times is can be rather stressful, I've been doing progressively better, so that at least makes me happy

I do scenic driving. Anything that has something to do with mother earth and nature usually works for me. If not permitting, I rent an old movie and watch it byself with Beef Jerky and Pepsi and/or Starbucks Coffee and I'm all good.

I'm with nuke, I get on my bike, or in my P5 and head for the hills. Do a little cruizin and toss it into some twisties for sh*ts and giggles. Head out to your favourite little greasy spoon and get a slice of pie. Don't take anyone with you, just go sit enjoy. Look out the window, watch other people. If you're angry stressed, the other suggestion is good too, join a gym get under the bar and rep out some good ones. Once the anger is gone, then get in your car and disappear.

Stocker.

I wish I had a bike, but I don't think I'd trust myself on one!

To releive stress I like to go out on a quiet evening and start to run really really fast and gain mad momentum so that I can then kick someone in the nuts!!! That my freinds will give you huge stress relief.

yeah, as stocker said, don't bring other people with you......

Going to a spa-type place would work too. My gym's hot tub works for me......

' 2Pac-F*** All Y'all '..... relieves stress and puts a smile on my face every time

Also you have to learn not to take your job too seriously especially if you have to deal a lot with people that will always complain. Just relax, smile whatever they say, but don't quit.
At one of my jobs, one of the managers really wants me to quit, and he's cutting my shifts down to a shift, but whatever, doesn't matter, I'll just find another job to get more hours.
