Question What are the best import mgs to read pertaining to Mazdas?

Once again. What mags do you guys read to find out the newest mods, sound systems, ads, whatever for imports. Hopefully some that focus a little more on the Mazda....

I really like Sport Compact Car. I have had a subscription for 3 years. They have a good mix of cars, and it is all about the cars, there isnt a half dressed woman on every other page,(not a bad thing, but if I want to look at nekid chicks I'll look at a nekid chick magazine). And the last issue had a section devoted to JDM cars, including a nice write up of a sweet C-West 3rd gen. Too bad there isnt a "Mazda Tuning" magazine available...hey, that gives me an idea...

I too like Sports Compact Car, however, that mag tends to lean towards Hondas, Acuras, and such. Nary a mention of proteges with the recent exception of Mazdaspeed pro's.

Midnight? going to start one? you'd fine plenty of contributors from this forum....

I would love to. I just dont have the knowledge or money to make a magazine. Maybe I should look into it though, doesnt seem like a bad idea. How could a magazine devoted to the best cars fail?

Midnight:
Ask Edwin The Mann. He'd probably consider something like this if even to expand our base of Mazda owners. Sports Compact - feh! its OK and gives ideas, but look in the back. Advertisers are strictly for Rice Racers.

I read import tuner, sport compact car, and super street. I like sport compact and super street the most. They all tend to lean towards hondas, acuras and mitsubishis because everyone in the states seem to have one. They have a large aftermarket following and the civic is like a god to import tuner...yuck!!

i'm still hacked at SCC for their lack of coverage on the mx6 over the last several years. they mostly do articles on cars that are still in production and/or have a heavy aftermarket because the people that do the advertising want it that way. if you really want good articles and no fluff, pick up an issue of grassroots motorsport.
