hhhhhmmmmm lets see..........The patriots win almost all their games after Sep 11. with a rookie quarterback........then they get a hook up by the referee against the RAIDERS, then they beat the Steelers at home.........and then they upsey the Rams in the Superbowl.

The Rams played like sh*t until the 4th quarter........they scored twice, its amazing huh.........during the interviews Ram players were talking like it was just another game, Patriots players were acting like whatever........... I dont know............

I agree with RODSCALIP5, **** that Superbowl with all its patriotic bullshit. Yeah Sept. 11 ****** sucked dick, but it let it die goddamnit. America as a nation is marketing this tradegy as a means to fund some self-righteous feel good war. And the Superbowl with the Patriots, winning in a "Cindarella" situation was all the more call for bullshit. I dare you to watch that replay of the Oakland/New England game and tell me that interception towards the end of the game was not a ******* fumble.

Raiders got ripped off!!!!!!!!

Patriots are such a joke of a team. It's been a long time since I've seen a pathetic team like the Patriots win a superbowl. I mean you always got a dominant team in at least one aspect of the game winning it

Ravens with their defense, Green Bay with one of the best qb's, San Fran same thing plus Rice, and then you got the mediocre Patriots

I agree Raiders got ripped off on that non-fumble incompletion call, but when it's all said and done, this was one of the greatest super bowls I've ever watched since super bowl XXV, when scott norwood doomed the bills for the next 3 years with his 'wide right' missed field goal.

I mean, what better way to end a super bowl than a 14-point comeback by the heavy favorite rams in the 4th quarter to tie up the game, and then watch a 2nd year QB drive down field in 80-some seconds to set up a championship-winning 48 yard FG as time expires?? On its own merit, this was one hell of a game.

And the patriots deserve the win, they played the game the only way they would have a shot against the offensive powerhouse rams, which is to knock the **** out of whoever's carrying the ball, beat up kurt warner whenever they can, and set up their offense by creating turnovers. It was surreal to see someone actually shutting the rams' offense out of the endzone for 3.5 quarters, maybe even the whole game if that warner fumble return for TD wasn't called back on a penalty.

They may not be the best team statistically or even talent-wise, but all those stuff means crap if you don't win the big one. It doesn't matter how they got there or how their offense/defense is ranked coming in, the only thing that matters is that they came in, did what they had to do, and pulled off the upset

what a game.

p.s. I'm not a patriots fan, redskins all the way!

I'm not a patriots fan either, but seeing someone dethrown the "allmighty rams" was the best superbowl I've watched to date. I was pretty pissed that the patriots shut down the steelers, but I still loved the game.

And to whomever thought it was scripted. Please please please get a life. Seriously, what are you thinking? I'm a sore loser, but not that freaking bad!

Are you kidding me? I cant believe you guys could think its staged. Did you even watch the AFC championship game? The refs were ******* the Pats over at every chance they got, there's no way they were helping them win. The patriots just played better. People seemed to forget that the pats still had to drive down and score twice in a row after that call vs the raiders, they definately still earned it.

Yeah I said it was staged and im sticking to it...........I guess you guys havent seen the Ram players acting like nothing happened.......Kurt Warner was saying something like....we had a good season and thats all that matters.......what kind of sh*t was that. No I didnt see the Steelers game, but is it possible that the Patriots defense was that good that they stopped Kurt Warner and Kordell Stewart on back to back games?????? Their defense looked like sh*t against the Raiders........and no im not a sore loser cause the Raiders didnt lose, the Referees ripped them off.

And this wasnt one of the best Superbowls ever....to me the last good Superbowl was in '88 49ers vs. Bengals....now that was a Superbowl............

you say that the patriots played like crap against the raiders. Hello they were playing in snow. id like to see you play in snow. The raiders weren't all that impressive either in that game. Not as they were during the season so give it a rest. its over and they won fair and square.
