Speeding Ticket..

Well, i was coming back from Kimball today and i went on the back road to test performance...well...that wasnt a good idea...we get over the hill with the bridge on it and go around the curve....I got up to 60 with out realizing it..not realizing its still climbing.so it goes to 70 then 85....then let off to get around another curve and over a hill...as im going thru another set of curves i come to another straight away...and i look in my rearview mirror and see a black car with a white top..no lights yet...untill he catches up to me...then he blue lights me...he pulls up and says gettin a little fast there arent we? i said i didnt mean to get that fast and told him what i was doing...asks me how long ive been driving and for registration, and insurance...

Gave him all that and he goes back to his car and waits a while...and this is where im getting to...as im sitting there with my friend...I see another black and white police car pull up beside him....then i look foward.....I see a white police impala come flying around a curve...im lik WTF!?!?! they can speed all they want thats stupid as &*(#$*^$#!......He says "im gonna sight you for speeding" im like...in other words a ticket...he said well yeah...im like %&*(#$&!....and then he tells me to be safe.....AHH...court date is March 15....got me for 60mph in the 40mph...oh well....I see Nathan billingsly (the cop in the impala i saw flying) I see him coming out of a gas station going down the interstate...theres no way he got that far away by the time i got on the interstate...he was already 3/4 of the way down...so now...im going to follow every single cop i see and point out there flaws.....

OUCH! Just a word of warning, cops can hold a gruge for a while that might make you regret pointing out their flaws. Watch out!

Im holding a grudge against him untill he is out of law enforcment...I have no intention of letting him off.....my parents are cops....most of theior friends are cops...they even are friends with the guy who stopped me....all the jasper and kimball cops they are friends with...and im going to argue my point in court also...Its B.S. that he can say i was doing 60 just by "pacing" me...which i will point out....*sigh*

Yeah i know im young...he says i dont ahve enough experience to be driving like that since ive not been driving since october...B.S. put me on a track with him and see how he does....

. "put me on a track with him and see how he does...."

I love that.

Younguns........
Never seem to understand why they get in trouble when they get caught breaking the law.

[QUOTE]Yeah i know im young...he says i dont ahve enough experience to be driving like that since ive not been driving since october[QUOTE]

since october.... damn. thats not alot of experience!

iv'e been driving since february of last year.. and got my license in july... ive been faster on a 40 mph (but it was about 1:30 am.no one was out . even past curfue) yeah its fun and exiting because no one was on the road.. but i know what will happen if i'm caught...

you were speeding and got caught.. what is their to argue about?

in regular drivers ed. if you speed with an instructer you get failed and not able to get your lices untill 18... your lucky thats not a law..

(police abide to many laws themselves, but are able *under some curcomstances, like catching a speeder* speed themselves)

the reason why they didn't put the lights up was probably to wait untill you do something stupider or speed up..

you can try and prove your point in court.. but then the next time you get caught, they will site anything wrong about your car and about what you did...

i just say good luck in court.. your lucky to have parents to help you out
but in my case, they wouldn't do **** but yell at me and take away my license

if the "track" means circut

i would think the police would win.. not saying he's no good on the track its just that police are trained for high speed driving and a whole bunch of stuff like that

Look, it's simple: you were caught speeding. Be nice about it, pay your ticket and move on.
If you try & give them any **** at your age, and esp. since your p's are cops too, they are all gonna be watching for you in the future.
If you are gonna break the speed limit, you need to be willing to pay the price for it.

I was talking to my stepdad a few minutes ago and told him that me and my friends were just gonna roam around the neighborhood today, i told him i was gonna lay off the drivin today and i was about tired of it...he said well things happen, and he also said that My car being so loud doesnt help either...sounds like im going faster than i really am....I was wondering why those people lined up in the road waiting for the cop to let them go and stop the others I was wondering why when they are sitting there they all look my way...haha, they said thats why the middle school called in on me those times....

well....Parents seem to be taking this easier than I am...
