lol sweet. but the moran was talking on his phone, and i hate that ****. he says that no one was in danger, but imagine if when he swerved over if there was a van full of kids. the man is a moran. non the less the penny thing was funny.

Hmmm...I owe about $1400 in taxes, and I've gotta pay that soon.
Wonder how much it would cost to mail out 140,000 pennies? Maybe 28,000 nickels?
I was all for this guy until he mentioned the cell call. But $150 fine is nutty - and so is the $140 "filing fee" for an appeal. That oughtta be reversed.
I think in NY, there is no cost for an appeal, but you muct pay the fine FIRST. If you are found not guilty on appeal, they refund the fine to you. Fair enough, I guess.

Same thing here with the fine though -- they call it "bail"! You get the money back if you win

well then thats just retarded, i mean sure he was on the cell phone... agh, but **** we all screw up driving once in a while... interstate driving can get long after a while and we may cross that line slightly but a 150 fine for that is total bullshit, im glad i dont live there
