PT cruser turbo!!??

just saw an add for one on TV 225 HP....even has the same paint job as the mazda MP3/P5 and the subaru WRX (that lazer blue mica)

yea i saw it too...i think it is called the GT Cruiser, it isn't a bad car, the normal cruiser, just really expensive.

GT Cruiser was just what the magazines called it. The official name is PT Cruiser Turbo.

I heard that the PT Cruiser was essencially a neon with a different body.. is that just a bad rumour?

I've heard the same thing and when they came out they SUCKED on the crash tests the ydid great on everything BUT driver side. weeeeeeeeeeeee thats gotta make people feel safe

well it is, the PT cruiser is based on the neon platform ,just lik the matrix/vibe is based on the corolla platform

I remember when the pt cruiser first came out there was a shop that would soup the crap out of it for like 10 grand. They called it the PT Bruiser.....I like that name.
