Its always good to know that I can make a persons day at work better. What do u do and work for?

 

I am a Network Administrator for a Company Called Encore Marketing International, and there other Branch Lawphone.

I am over worked, over stressed and under paid

I used to be the Jr Network Administrator, and i took everything for granted being the Senior Network Admin's Pet.

I hated taking orders, and being forced to come in at a set time
9-5 everyday. At the age of 21 i was ready to retire.

Our company had 7 lay off's before they got to me, but the partner company Lawphone took me in as soon as i got fired.
I am the Senior Admin now but i only have 3 yrs under my belt so i remain stressed out extremely a lot. I work my own hours, and stuff, but i kinda began doing the right thing because i was pissing them off vanishing for 4 days and coming back like every other week. Just had lots of issues going on, plus i wasnt getting paid for the days i didnt show so, i needed to get my money back on track so i work around the 9-5 hours again
Good thing is that the Exec's love me, and for some reason love my not caring attitude. Every friday when i got my check i just walked out and went home after cashing it. And now they joke about me doing this and be like maybe we should hold your check unitl the end of friday. This is the Executives tell me this. I always laugh about everything, like when the systems got infected everyone had a serious face in the meeting, i just said well get the raid ready because i got some bugs to kill, they just bust out laughing, it was funny but i didnt expect that type of output.
My life has always had tons and tons of stress, never have a had a day i was truely at peace. I have work that i love but its stressing at this position forced to learn everything so fast at my lazy state, at home my family always bug me about computer problems or have someone looking for me skills, or stupid people that attempt to ruin my times of peace, like having to shoot younger kids with BB Gun Bullets, I only wanted to get away to shoot some hoops and clear my mind and someone attempts to test me.
I have been subjected to much more madness than the average person would be able to handle, and i have my insane moments where i just attempt to keep all the stress in and smile and just explode into a out of control state. Mainly behind the wheel of the Protege. LOL
But i am left with to much free time to think, i dont have many friends, Antisocial a lot at work, because since i am young and given so much power people hate me for no reason. Bastards oh well, so i work dont talk to anyone, since my job is 3 mins away, i go home and eat lunch solo, then come home and sit in my room most of the time because i seem to hate people but thats another story i think i said to much . But thats what i do hehehehehe
