Up until a few months ago, I owned an 88 RX-7 Turbo II, a 73 Mazda RX-2, and an 85 RX-7. They have all since been sold, and now I only have my Protege and a 91 Katana 600. My new project car should be here this weekend.
I miss the 85 the most.

The Protege is currently the only car my wife and I own. Here's my personal history, in order:
1986 Toyota Camry
1971 Datsun 240Z, rare BRG/tan color combo
1991 Honda CRX Si
1985 Mazda RX-7 GS
1994 Mazda Miata R Package, Classic Red
1999 Mazda Miata Sport Package, manual steering, Classic Red
1987 Toyota Camry (given to me by my brother to pay off debts, sold immediately, doesn't really count)
1985 Mazda RX-7 GSL-SE (POS beater, aborted project)
My Protege is also Classic Red, so you could say that I like the color.
Also, I notice lots of 1st-gen RX-7's and other old rotaries; has anyone else owned a 1st-gen Z-car?
