Yuck. C-Span. Just watch PBS, not nearly as boring. And All Things Considered is great for the drive home. I wish I could watch CBC or Deutschwelle (used to be able to watch it in German, miss that). Or anything else for that matter. CNN and all of the other American networks are just pandering for ratings right now, they all want to be what CNN was to the first Gulf War.

But hey, we at least get our own little argument subsection now!

That's the thing: C-Span has CBC! They might have DW, they have the French news and some Middle Eastern networks. I can see DW when I'm up at my parents, and when I lived back east around the DC area there was an "international" public station that carried all those news too

See we do have plenty of sources available, it's just that they're "boring..." I wrote about them being available on the RX-7 political forum (much like this one), and nobody even cared to reply or looked...so much for all the people there who claim to care about having unbiased media

. As you said it's all just ratings anyway. (PBS is considered boring too of course, lol)

yes i watched some CBC on c-span last night. and are PBS station will not air anything about the war between 5am to 6pm younger programing. which im sure the Friends of Iowa Public Television is not the only one doing that.

No matter what you listen to there is going to be properganda. Weather it be in us favor or Iraqi favor.
We can all speculate on the "reasons" for this war but none of us will ever truely know everything that is going on.I don't care what news channel you listen to.
In the end only the opinon of the people of Iraq will justify this war.
