and I will NEVER tell a newbie that....its not my way....I will always welcome the new guys/gals that way.....after all....new blood to the club is how it will sustain and remain. you don't get new members by treating them like crap.
and the BEST brew is OP brew....regardless of the speific brand...and in case you didn't know...OP stands for OTHER PEOPLES...in other words FREE....if its free.....don't bitch about what kind it is....if you don't like it....dont' drink it. :{D

Well, we have a total of 11 votes for the "yes, change it" side, and 7 votes for the "no, don't change it" side.....
Sounds good for me, except there are also 7 votes for "hiho shutting his hole" - looks like we both lose!
Nuke - I do like the fact that you welcome new members - of course, I do too. I was just poking fun at the repetitiveness of the same welcome. Please don't feel urged to change it, even if the poll sez so.

I will tell ya....after I have become a standing member in every web community I have ever been in I have done something like this....and I can tell you one thing for sure....when you are the new guy....welcomes are greatly appreciated...even if they are canned....SO, like I mentioned before...I changed it a little, not much...and it will remain....regardless of the outcome....as I know that the people being welcomed appreciate it.
