stop eating, stop breathing, stop spending money, stop wasting time, stop everything and just work (make money for school) and sleep. no social activity either

I hate resolutions. I don't make them. But I'm going to start a diet on monday, and try and exercise more. But it's not a resolution. Just a concious effort to be more healthy

1 Be a better husband
2 Be a better father
3 Pray more
4 Eat better
5 Work out more often

It's all downhill from there.....

Same here...

- Eat better
- Start swimming again (the best type of workout in my opinion)
- Drink less coffee
- Drink less beer (I don´t think I will be able to pull this one off)
