Thumbs down New Chevy Cavalier

I know I shouldnt really care cuz i'm not really a fan of the cavalier, nor is it a Pro, but i Honestly think Chevy should fire whoever redesigned the new cavalier. Its the most ugly vehicle i've seen since AMC days! It's friggin horrible!

Just go to Chevrolet's website, they already have the 2003's up.

http://www.chevrolet.com/cavalier/

It's just another restyling of the same generation Cavalier. I guess that means they're delaying the launch of the next gen small car until 2005 or so.

Wow. GM managed to make an ugly car uglier. And the Cavalier retains its title as the longest running generation currently on the road! Woo-hoo!

LMAO. What a piece of junk. Why can't GM just redesign the entire car instead of slapping on a front end on a car that's over 10 years old? Interior quality is crap, also.

I must admit that the new cavalier needs to be retooled, but unfortunately when you have that much money, I guess you can make a lot of mistakes

From the front it looks like the hood is melting and covering the headlights. The bumper looks out of place. And the interior has no flow. It looks like someone tried to put in a square peg in a circular hole.

Sometimes I wonder if it takes them a year to create a new model...why do they not take the designs to the general public to decide what needs to be upgraded? Instead of having 30 designers trying to decide what the general public will buy??

Starting to wonder whether the Aztek is still the ugliest Pontiac has to offer.

Another thing I've noticed is that the people who buy these cars are:

A) The uneducated new to cars type
B) Supreme "Must buy American No Matter What" loyalists
C) Think the car is "Cute"

These three types also:
1) Don't give a damn about quality
2) Don't give a damn about their own safety (the car is a deathtrap)
3) Think they drive the best car in the world

Man GM has been using the same tooling for those cars for so long that it must cost them like 2000 bucks to make one.

Just wanted to try out these symbols to see if any of them moved.

My roomate from last year just bought a 2002 Cavlier Sport (4 door). I actually like it, especially compared to the 2003! Blah are they ugly!
