MP3 wheel seller less than honest?

In regards to this eBay auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=2408085253

Email exchange:

ME: Do you have pictures of the other 2 rims? Could you be more specific about what you mean by "not perfect"? Any curbing? Or just small nicks? I'm assuming no dents. Just a little more info, and there's a good chance I'd bid.

SELLER: the two pictures of the rims laying on each other are all four different rims, i placed two of them that way and then i moved them around, they have some minor scufffs on the edge of one of the rims and that was due to a moron trying to come over on top om me and i grazed the curb, the others are in good shaped, rims are not dented or warped in any way. if you need more info feel free to email me again and thank you for checking out the listing.

ME: Well dude, I know you were trying to be clever by phographing the same two rims from slightly different angles to make it look like you were showing all four rims. It's quite obvious; you didn't even bother to move or rotate them. Notice the positions of the valve stems and the fingerprints. Ok fine, you were tring to be tricky. But then you flat-out lied about it. Now I'm
thinking twice about the friendly noob who upped the bidding from $50 to $500 (incidently on the SAME DAY his screen name was created.) I'm a detail person. You can't pull **** like that on people like me. You thinking that you can is an insult to my intelligence. I hope that your other screen name wins your own auction and have to relist.

SELLER: first off i dont care what you say, they are different and if you would have been here when i took the pictures then you would know but since you werent then you have no right to say that, as for your alegations towards the person who bid for the highest bid im glad it is them and not you, youre probably the type of person who would bid on something like this and then not pay for it and make me relist it anyway. so i will kindly once again tell you thank you for your interest in the listing and dont bother bidding!!!!!!!!!

ME: Check my feedback. I'm a good buyer.

It's quite obvious that the 2 pictures are of the exact same 2 rims. Stay away from this guy... there's obviously something wrong with 1, if not both, of the other 2 rims.

follow-up

SELLER: you know if i really wanted to lie about the whole thing i would have told you that the rims were in perfect condition but no i told you the truth about the rims and the condition that they are in, so if you think that this is some game and that i am lying to you well then like i said dont bid!

ME: I've already decided not to bid. It's a shame, cause I'd like some MP3 rims for my car. Whether you misrepresented one thing or lied about everything is not the issue. I cannot trust you. I asked for pics of the 3rd and 4th wheels and you told me to look at the pictures on the auction. I've only seen two wheels. Anyone with any observation skills whatsoever can see that you snapped one pic - moved the camera slightly - and snapped another. I don't understand why you refuse to acknowledge this. Yes, you described the condition of the wheels. Good. No, you have not shown pictures of all 4 wheels. Sorry.

He could have at least rotated them slightly to pretend we were at least looking at different wheels. Either that or by some miracle the valve stems ended up in the exact same place twice:

I don't eBay. Can you leave bad feedback even if you don't bid on something?
