Hunchback drvr

New to the site. So far good stuff. Has anyone bought a Mazda fuel door, pearl satin finish, for their Mazda3 Hatchback? I did and per the directions it is supposed to be "flush" with the body. Not having the luck so far. The bottom left side has a small 2mm inset. I have not been able to correct. Oh and if I adjust too much, the damn fuel door will not stay locked. Any suggestions?

keep adjusting in minor incriments till it works....you might have to adjust the lock on it as well so it will stay shut
