Hey guys, man you know what, lately i have been seeing some messed up ****, why do a good 80% of people that buy all imports including Mazda buy jacked up ****, i am really sick up seeing guys not making a plan for their wonderful import, like what look goods, even colors that look good, i know people are trying to be original, but sometimes being original, looks jacked up, like i was looking at some older dx and he had a maroon car with yellow mesh and a whole **** full of yellow accents, and the Altezza thing has just got to stop, lets not trash the Mazda name, most of us have under powered Mazda's and we know that when we buy them, but thier is something about them, thier styling, and handling and overall design and function, we all love them and we are devoted to them, and we all know we hunt and kill hondas, and thier is something about a mazda drivers, that have a overall feeling of this and we want to devower all the comes and wants some, but a lot of this honda and acura **** is starting to convert, we have to stop all this, big goofy body kits, just because it has a low price doesnt mean its good thing, and color schemes, if you have a tan car keep your other colors simple like grey or black, i know a lot of you will be pissed at this but i myself of a high quality driver and tuner of mazda has to tell all you guys that its bothering us that the Mazda name is being tarnished. So stop, and if you have second thoughts about buying something, this is why you have friends, this is why you have this forum, but if you into the altezza lights and the glitter paint and the lamborghini doors why dont you just buy a honda or acura so that we can look for you on the streets.

Look at your ride at least buy rims first, and the plastic flanges over the hubs seriously, this is exactly what i mean, keep it clean, keep it conservative, you wont even reach speeds in you protege to use that giant wing and even if you could the aero dynamics of the protege would never let that wing come in place for down force, but if you like it cool, i just float my crazy opinions. But its not that bad at least its not money green and has strobe lights all over it.

wow. nice job replying 3 times! FYI, my 2000 MAZDA protege is the only car I've ever owned. Oh, and you can see my car in the imagestation link in my sig. No rice here, except for indiglo gauges (if that counts).

BTW, how bout posting those time slips. Maybe you've should show us some pics of that turbo while you're at it.

I agree, I prefer tasteful mods to tasteless ones. No need to get bent, though, cause if your car is more tasteful than the majority, it will stand out to those with taste anyway.
