This is unreal...There's some sort of cultural festival going on at Como Park today, about 1/2 mile from here. I keep hearing some guy making announcements in Korean or Laotian or something, but I can hear it clearly. Now usually, I can't even hear the trains go by, which are even closer. This guy's PA is louder than a freight train!

And it all started at 7:00 this morning, on the 4th of f@#%!!ing July, when EVERYONE is trying to sleep in! I'm so out of this apartment in October. I'm moving out to the boonies, where I can get some peace and quiet.

the wind can carry a sound quite a way, but yea that sucks i hear the carnies when the fair comes to town, listrening to the merry go round at 11 at night is really annoying
