Incorrect. Madduck99 is on the right track. The Chevy Aveo is the child of the GM and Daewoo union. This vehicle has nothing to do with Toyota or the SCION brand. This vehicle is already on sale in a few foreign markets as the Daewoo Kalos. They just rebadged an existing vehicle to compete in the burgeoning subsompact market. Rumors are circulating that Honda will import its Japanese market Fit as their entry in the subcompact segment. We can only hope for the Mazda MX-Micro concept from the Detroit Auto show. With almost 150 hp stock, it would blow the doors off of anything in its segment.
