CBS, MTV, and Justin claim it wasnt intentional. Janet looks shocked, but it looked like Justin was going right for it.

The whole incident was incredibly tacky, and I applaud the picture posters for giving it the respect it deserves. Only one thing; if he's so macho, why isn't there a tilt to his kilt??? I'm not a 20 year old kid anymore (life's a bitch), but if I knew I was gonna rip off her top, I wouldn't be able to walk properly.
