INSURANCE PROBLEM! New/Used Car.

I am really looking to get a mazdaspeed protege or a used MP3. If I was to get the MP3 from an independent seller, would companies dealing in car loans give me a loan for that and I make monthly payments to them? If I did do that, would I have to have full coverage insurance, and if so, for how long? The whole length of the payments? Sorry, I just have no knowledge in this field. Thanks a lot for the help!!!

You will have to have full coverage insurance as long as the car is being financed. The lender will require it in the event the car is damaged or stolen. They want some assurance they will get most or all of their money back.
