im pissed! damn turbo guy

ok so im pretty pissed, i sent out my turbo more than 2 weeks ago, to have it rebuilt, the guy said it would take no more than 48 hours to rebuild. i asked him to contact me when it reached him. he never called me, i called him and asked him if the turbo reached him. he said yes it did, and they were tearing it down as we speak. Im like ok good. he said he will call me when they inspect it. , i was like allright. so no phone call, i email them 3 times, no response, then i call them today, and the guy says the rebuilder is out to lunch, Im getting pretty pissed with this company. i want my turbo back. sorry had to vent

Customer service has gone to hell... Many companies feel you have to beg them to service you, instead of competing for your business.

If a company doesn't give me a good, courteous customer service, I never ever buy from them again... Plus I tell so to friends or anyone planning to do business with them.

not related to cars, but nextel has one of the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with ,,, also AT&T

But Sprint ,, ohh hell ....

But car related , I once had a customer service rep tell me , "We don't sell anything for Mazda protege's ,,, Buy a Honda and then call us back" ....

well they told me they will call me when the turbo rebuilder gets back to lunch, which they never did. so i called them. and he said they tore it down, and it looks good, and will start the rebuild. i was like wtf you have had it for 2 weeks. i needed it yesterday. then he asked where i was from, i said portland maine, he was like thats 7-10 days shipping. i was like dood my car is off the road because i have no turbo, kinda lied. so he was like ok well ill split 3 day shipping costs with you, i was like that sounds good. now im just hoping they get off their ***, and rebuild it. customer service SUCKS!!!!!!

I know I'm gonna sound stoopid, but why are you rebuilding your turbo, what are you having done to it, and was this a custom turbo set up or a bolt on kit?

what's the name of this shop? seriously, everyone should know about this shop. there's no excuse for this kind of service and they won't get my money.

Yeah that's true, I would like to know also , because I for one will not send my turbo's there
