Well, i did it, i got rid of my new mp3 already, i had it for barely two months.... boy thats a fun car, but owning 3 cars at my age sucked, and having two almost brand new cars,and and older car on my insurance, having car payments sucked! (loan for the mp3) i was paying like 1100 bucks a month, and well, i could barely pull that off!...

but i sold it to a relative (i may get to drive it again one day)... i payed 12500 originally with 29k miles on it (took a loan for that price out), and sold the thing with 33k miles on it for $13,300... made 800 bucks not bad for putting nearly nothing into it.

now just a se-r and loanly p5, the p5 may be next, sadly

pain, no pain..... i just bought a bluebird (sr20de-t) turbo manifold and downpipe for the SE-R.... now to get a turbo and crap, its a start

dont think you can get anythign that cheap for the protege, hence why i have the SE-R, again!

well im not exactly average, i spend a good share of my time working, i only take 3 classes in school (WTF its senior year, what am i supposed to do, go to school all day) and the p5 (first car) was purchased in full with earnings that i saved for quite a while before i was 16 (worked for my parents since i was 11-12, making 8 dollars an hour), then came the se-r this summer, well ****, it was summer, i was doing 40-50 hours a week, at my then full time job (working as a studio tech) and i bought it in full (4600) and still had some money left over. then came the mp3, just a bad purchase, it was pretty much my then girlfriend talking me into doing somethin i shouldnt have done, she showed me i was able to buy a car, when i was just joking about it.... and then of course i took out a freeking loan (friends with bank owner, easy for me to get a loan!) and bought the damn thing. well that girl fucked me over two weeks later, and i finally realized what i had done, and now i got rid of it.....

so class, any questions?

i currently am jobless, hence why i just sold the mp3 mostly too.... but i probably got a new job setup, and ill be back to working 25-35 hours a week at atleast 8 dollars..... soon: BOOOOOOOOSSST

yea, i preserve my mazda... it sits there, in the garage..... honestly, im not as fond of driving it anymore, compared to my se-r.... but its a nice car

who knows what il do with it tho, i seriously havent put more than 100 miles on it since august.... guessing.

the se-r has gotten about 8k on the engine since i bought it... its a beast, loves to rev high (7600rpm redline), hang at high rpms, and just loves to be beaten... its awesome, a tank! i will swear by the quality and power of that car, i push it hard as hell all teh time, and then baby it, it love both so much. and itll love boost soon too ( 12-18psi, 300-400hp)

lol, i didnt say next semester.... sheesh, i only have 3 this semester, then none next semester! FULL TIME JOB BABY!, im debating on getting the move out to california done early next year, or i may stay here another year, i dunno

oh two of those classes are classes i just added, to be able to see my new sweetheart more often (otherwise i dont see her til the weekends) and they're just art classes, so slack city

i enjoy seeing some of the people ive known forever everyday.... but its nice not seeing them too..... so i dunno, i guess ill enjoy it while i can....

i dunno, i should just sell and get a mazdaspeed , nah.... the new versions front end is too fugly for me, now the spoiler is kinda cool tho

hehe, yea, well the spoiler on the se-r has to be on there, with out it the car just looks stupid. i took it off one day, and damn it looked gay, and there are none that look right on there otherwise

Sorry to butt into y'all conversation, but I just couldn't get over the fact that this whole thread was just the two of y'all. Man, y'all used 2 pages.

Anywho, I like the SE-R. Thats a pretty sweet car. I may end up getting one. Right now I searching for a project car (civic hb, 323, MX-3, SE-R, etc.) something small.

Do you mind sending me pics of your SE-R?

dood check out sr20deforum.com these se-rs are capable of some mad horsepower with very little $$$ compared to other cars... and are very unique at the same time

Hey, if you can convince me to get a SE-R, go right ahead. Because right now I'm really leaning toward the civic. I love that B16 engine. My friend got one in his civic w/headers, exhaust, and intake. Man that thing flies. He crushed my friend who has a MX-6 V6 and is up there in top speed with my other friend's 2001 Prelude. He says he has reached 145mph and he had the dude in the Prelude witness for him. I was like
But if its a whole lot cheaper to go with the SE-R, I"m with it. What have you done to your car and what's your 1/8 mile and 1/4 mile?
