Question How's this deal?

Currently, I own a 99' Protege LX which just went out of warrenty.
Due to that, I am thinking about trade in my old one and get a new 2002 Protege LX.

Here is the offer from the dealer
0% interest for 60 months, $280 monthly payment
50000 mile or 3 years warrenty which come the first
and with the following benefit:

Service Discount Checkbook (120000 miles) [value $750]
3 day (100 miles) exchange privilege (for vehicle of equal to or greater value)
$500 extra for your trade [value $500]
loaner vehicle (if we don't fix your vehicle right the 1st time) [value $80]
free oil changes (first year) [value $75]
tire blowout reimbursement (2 years) [value $200]
emergency lockout reimbursement (2 years) [value $50]
emergency roadside assistance reimbursement (2 years) [value $200]
trip interruption reimbursement (2 years) [value $300]
free car wash (for as long as you own the vehicle)
towing reimbursement [value $50]
travel, rental car, hotel discount coupons [value $1500]
trip mapping
*all of the above are the advantage package they offer as one at around $4000 if I get this car.

And, they also offer free tire replacement when my tires wear out in the future

Please let me know if I am getting a good deal out of this?
Payment 280 per month *60month =16800 total
how ever, by getting this car may insurance will go about 60 more than what I have now.
Is this whole deal a good deal to buy?

Please let me know what you think.
Thank you VERY MUCH
