The best part about that is it's a gay white guy in drag immatating his college roommates mother. When I immitate my mother-in-laws soft spoken country twang no'one accuses me of being a racist or protests my shows. This guy gets banned from whole citys for putting this on in a comedy club.

Personally, I think PC'ness has gone way too far. Some things can be offensive, certainly.
I have never considered myself a racist of any kind, and some things are just damn funny.
Hey, if Dave Chapelle can make fun of then way white people talk (and he's VERY GOOD at it!)
I don't see why anyone should have a problem with Shirley Q.

agreed. I've been telling everyone to just LISTEN to the audio and not look at the video...you would swear its an old black women talking....why is that?!?! Only when people find out he's white is it considered "hatefull".

I saw Chris Rock in southCarolina talking to people about reparations. He asked an old white woman what she thought blacks should receive as their reparations....she said. "I dunno, how about a nice fruit basket?!" He then asks a young black female executive if she would be content with a nice fruit basket for her reparations she replies, "I heard something about 40 acres and a mule....I don't want none of that but there is a NICE Volvo I've had my eye on." HAHAHAHA, I was cracking up! My one acre of land here in podunk Alabama appraised for about $25K....imagine 40 acres of that...That's 1 million dollars.....she'll trade it all for a $30K volvo!! hahahaha.

The biggest problem that I have with PC is this:
It's ok for Blacks (substitute any other race &tc) to make fun of themselves.
It's ok for Blacks ( " " ) to make fun of whites.
It's NOT ok for whites to make fun of ANYONE w/o it turning into some white supremist/racial crap.
Ok, I admit that American/Western Europeans have treated non-whites with indignity or worse in the past. And yeah, there are some SCARY white people out there.
But we are not all that way and I don't think a little harmless humor should be seen as a threat!
Man, don't get me started...this subject just grates on my nerves!

land here is pretty well available. I was surprised my land appraised for what it did.
Yeah, there seems to be a HUGE double standard when it comes to equality. Equality is just that equal. If you can say something, I should eb able to. If I'm allowed into a club you should be allowed, if I have to score a 22 on my ACT to keep my college scholarship you shouldn't bitch when you only have to get a 18, if you get special funding so you can go to college then my wife with a 3.98GPA on the Presidents list should be eligable for the same funding.
It goes on and on....
