its ok ill be nice. Its just like posting pics. You get the pic from imagestation and copy the URL. Then you add [img] to the front and [/img] to the end. Copy the whole thing and put it in your signature box where you edit. The pic should show up. PM me if u need more details.

User Profile at the top of the webpage
then to edit options
down to the bottom where it says avatar

To get the link for a pic itself. Right click on the pic then select properties. This will tell you how many pixels the image is as well as give you the url. Copy the url and paste it into the url slot.
