Fuzzy Dice

Folks i need some opinions please...

My son recenmtly went to an arcade and used all of the points he won on the games to get a pair of red fuzzy dice for the P5

He loves the car and this was his way of helping us mod (for lack of a better way of putting it), he's 10 and im sure will be the second owner in 6 years, do i put the dice on the mirror ???

A) if i dont im an *** and he feels bad because he tried really hard to get these dice. But i look stupid driving around with fuzzy dice. (in some peoples opinion)

B) I look like a dork driving arouynd with fuzzy dice on the mirror (in some peoples opionion)

So after typing this all in i have decided who cares what others think that see my car im putting them in for Kris

But with that said your thougts on fuzzy dice ? LOL

FUZZY DICE RULE!!!!

Dude, I don't know what your problem is. Fuzzy dice rule!!!

Think about it... how many annoying car trends have there been... those stupid little crowns on the dash board... wood paneling on the side... lowering cars, jacking up cars... all these fads come and go but FUZZY DICE REMAIN. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE FUZZY DICE!!!

Racer, we are ALL proud of you....mostly because you actually made the choice BEFORE we put in our two cents....personally....I love fuzzy dice....I built a coupe about ten years ago...and it was bright lime green....and of course there were green fuzzy dice hanging on the mirror....when I sold the car...I saved the dice. I now have a craftsmen riding lawn tractor, its green...and you want to take a wild guess where the dice are? LOL hell I had to sport them somewhere!!! ..... My son has really gone Protege nuts since we got ours....as you see in my sig...my wifes is black and mine is yellow.....My son got a new bike....a BMX job....its two tone....the front half is yellow...the back half Black. My son found an antenna ball that is a smiley face...well I really didn't want that....but I compromised and used some fishing line and made a hanging ball for the mirror....and there is hangs...... :{D I am sure YOUR son is proud of the fuzzy dice.....and not so much because they are there in the car....but because YOU put them in there. Be PROUD.....VERY PROUD!!!

Mxyzptlk, you are just too young to TRUELY appreciate them....thats all. nothing against you....its just the culture of today that tends not to be into original hotroding traditions.

Fuzzy Dice are an old time hotrod tradition....they will NEVER go out of style.

Stuck in the 80's? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the fuzzy dice were a fifties hot rodding thing, right? What beats a '57 Chevy with a "four on the floor" and dice on the mirror? Am I wrong?

I see more kiddies with that going on than I do old people. Maybe it was a 50's thing( I couldn't imagine why) but I don't see it more than a novelty.

Mxyzptlk, you hit the nail on the head...its a novelty. Just a throw back to fond days gone by for some. The "good ol' days". I am sure that some day in the future there will be people that look back and will not have any idea why in the world people would have wanted to lower their cars and run large diameter wheels with low profile tires. THEY just won't get it......for no more reason than they just won't understand.
