Final Fantasy XXX - Does it exist?

Found this picture on the internet, looks pretty real. Seems to be a Playstation game.
DOes it really exist? It looks well done to be fake.

Its hard to believe that a company like squaresoft would develop a game like that. . .Im thinkin its a fake

the XXX in this case stands for x-rated not 30 . . .correct me if im wrong (and im not)

Should have left it unblurred. Where is the original. That is some good photoshoping.
