OK guys....listen to this and let me rant a little......Ok I went with this girl since '96 until last March,so thats a pretty long time....we broke up and got back together 6 times,like once a year...always me laeving her and her begging me back....girl has a child I raised from 4 until 11 years old...she was very posessive and didnt like me to see friends or family....bitched a lot....we argued a lot...probably should have ended a long time ago,but we kept i going....We even worked at the same company the last 3 years....then in december she got pregnant and miscarried in late jan...in february she got real distant and started "withholding" saying the doctor told her to due to the miscarriage....last week of february i took a week vacation and bought my 280zx with some bonus money...that same week she tried to get me to buy her some brand new furniture....the first day back to work I forgot my wallet so I call the house and ask her to bring it to work for me...she does and i go to lunch...I open my wallet and all my money is gone,my ID,credit cards,and ATM card all cut up in pieces...I know something is up so I go to get my stuff and all my clothes are out on the porch in garbage bags,with bleach and toilet bowl cleaner poured on them,some perscription shades are broken,the battery on my Z drained on purpose,pieces to my protege I took off but were keeping were broken,but she still had more stuffthere,so I moved in with my parents,and went about my business. Then I found out the following week she ahd been dating a supervisor at my work for the last month..I got upset and wanted to cut all ties so I went to her hose to ask for my stuff....She wouldnt answer...so later that week I get slapped with a restraining order(the Judge thru it out,since it was all lies,haha!!)...still it was embarrassing to get served at work!!...then she got fired from work on something unrelated,and on her way out of the parking lot she keys my protege!!!...I let it go,then I take my Z out on saturday and "someone" loosened the lugs on the passenger front tire!!! I know it was her but cant prove it....I never suspected after 6 1/2 yrs of knowing her she could be this evil!!! what should I do????? let it go?? ?retalliate???

Hell the **** no you shouldn't let it go!! Losening the the lugs on your tires can be considered attempted murder.

If you don't do anything about, she will continue. Do you have a report of everything that has happened? You need to record EVERYTHING, take pictures of EVERYTHING, have time and dates, and alibies(sp).
Obviously, this women is out to ruin your life. Are you going to sit back and let her? The things that you said she did are very serious and should not be taken lightly. She can be planning something even more harsh for you.

YOU NEED TO HANDLE THIS. Go to the Police Station, file complaints and GET A LAWYER.

Also, has she bought anything REALLY expensive lately? Fogery is a bitch and her forging your name for something can leave you in serious dept or land you in jail.

My step-father's X best friend forged his name on a machine for his mechanic shop. My father signed ONLY to co-sign for him and he ONLY did it ,after long and hard thinking, because it was his "so called" best friend. After a while, my step- father was getting harsh threats from the company that bitch ordered the $60,000 dollar machine from (It was actually 2 machines totally over $60K). We have not heard from him again and that company his suing us for over $60,000. That bitch moved and renamed his shop (we had a private investigator find this out). The lawyers are still working out this case and it has been over a year. It turned into a 3 state battle; Maryland, Pennsylvania (where that bitch lives), and California (the company where he ordered the machines from)

Hopeful this turns out good and my parents don't get into deep **** from him. So far, it's looking good, but money is the only thing holding them back from completing this case. My parents are currently paying 3 lawyers, from 3 seperate states AND a private invetsigator.

I HATE THAT BITCH (Russell Vialva, if I find you, I PROMISE you that I will F*%K YOU UP. You have caused my parents so much stress, money, and problems.) <<sorry guys, had to vent some>>>

I tohught about filing a report,but I cant prove she did it....not to toot my own horn but I am a very nice person and this is the only person on earth i could consider an "enemy". and I know for sure the lugs were loosened since I did all 4 shocks myself and tightened them and drove it hard!!! then retightened them

A women like that you just have to stay away from her , put your car in the garage and leave it there, when you park the protege at work , try and park in different spots , or under or near a camera ... Get cool with the security people , constantly say hello to them and show them your car and speak mods with them(even if they are not interested ) this tactic will make them rember your car.... Also don't get into confrontations with her ... you got a restraining order served against you based on lies , what does that tell you , In court the system is biased toward women , and you won't win easily . This is why I tell you to stay away from her .. and just avoid her , if you see her on the street just walk past her like she does not even exist .. LIke you never met her , LIke you never slept with her and beat it down like nobodies business.. lol ...
Rember any confrontations with her will land you in jail ... where you don't want to be and from there you go down hill ...

Sometimes it is better to break up with certain people , because all they do is hold you down , you need someone that can do for you , not take from you ... She is gone for a good reason , cause there is someone else out there that will do right by you .. Keep to yourself and get a counter restraining order if need be and you will be fine ..

If I'm not mistaken, you don't actually need proof then and there to file a police report. A police report shows the police dept. that you filed a complaint on a certain matter and that you want them to be aware of it, especially if something serious happens.

Get a restraining order against her, so she cannot come with miles of you, or your belongings. I know I am not in liberty of thrashing her image, but she is a psycho, and she definately needs some therapy. Hope you get everything worked out. Good luck.

dude file a report no matter what even if you cant prove it was her she will slip up somewhere down the line and when it happens all your reports and the big pain in the *** of making sure to documentevery little thing will be worth it. Make sure Document EVERYTHING

another option before applying for a restraining order.....go to police station and explain what happened to a cop. then ask if you can write a letter to him/her confirming your visit and your story. cc the letter to your ex.

that might scare her into backing off. there's a risk she might go off the deep end, but there's risks with doing nothing too.

state your concerns calmly and objectively, without sounding angry or saying anything that might be considered libel. a letter that would get the court's sympathy if the whole thing escalates.

EDIT: i thought the punch line of your story was going to be that you were served with a court proceeding for spouse support and child support. it has the potential to get worse, before it gets better.

Roach220 is on the right track...even if you file any report late and can't be proven...when something else goes on with her it'll be on her record, giving you leverage in court if need be down the line.
