ok I have a friend who is looking to buy a new car. So we went out today scouting the different dealerships and looking at different cars, . We went to the Acura dealer and looked the RSX(nice but tight) , the CL type S ( nice ,kinda expensive) and then we went to the Subaru dealer , ,, WE were looking exclusively for the WRX , anyway we get there , and we are looking at the car, and it is funny cause we look at it and the more we look at it , we get turned of by the looks of the car,. So the guy says hey you want to test drive it , and we are like **** ok , I give him my license and I am like lets go , so me and the guy take of in the Subi ,, all he is saying is "lets find somewhere to let it go " " floor it man " So we get on EAstchester ave. and I put it in first , go a little and then shift to second , now note: I did not floor first gear , I floor second and let me tell you ,, his frigin head was pinned to the back of the seat , my head was pinned to the back of the seat , and I was like ******* sold ,.... lolol ,, the only thing I could think the whole time is " How slow my protege is " ....
I mean we went to another straight of a gun hill road and I floored first and then stretched second , man o man this **** is addictive ,...
I tell you this frigin car has power ,,, ..
So we pull back and I let my boy test drive the subi, and believe me when he got back he had the fat smile on his face .....

This is one serious car, and believe me it is something to be messed with ,.. the car has so much usuable low end tourqe that it is not funny ...
What a good test drive ,,.....

my friend buys cars for about 6 months, put 10000 miles on it and then sells it. while he has it he drives the **** out of 'em. He's had a 98 Trans AM, 95 Camaro Z28, 00 Civic SI, 96 Jeep Wrangler, Integra GSR and also had a GMC Jimmy ZR2. He will get a great deal on the car, then sell it and not loose any money. I love it when he gets new cars because I get to drive 'em all. The trans AM and the Civic were the most fun though.....

 

Those WRX are no joke, my friend has one with a few mods, i.e. exhaust, short shift, air filter, coilovers (all STi) and his car friggin hauls ***! On the G-Pro, we did the 1/4 mile at 13.30 at 112 mph. That thing isn't the most accurate, but my friend used the same one in his type r, ran a 14.8 on the G-Pro, and ran a 14.89 at the track...so it is damn close.

Tha handling is soooo sick on these cars too, man, you guys think your protege's handle good, those fawkers stick, plus with AWD, it just transfers power perfectly to the ground, and the launches...sick....man...i want that new WRX STi when it come over ... OFF THE HOOK

Imagine a blow off valve and a air intake on the car,, and some stiffer springs to take out the acceleration swaying ,,
