Yeah, I was gonna say, before you go through the kicking *** route, play some kind of prank on 'em. Physically fighting him is tempting but can make things a little difficult at school if he has lots of friends. Better to **** with his head, then he'll leave you alone.

If he says something else...beat the crap out of him some more...maybe he will realize that pain always accompany his remarks about you....then you kick his *** again for good measure...
When I mean kick his ***...I mean break an arm or leg...or even a concussion...stomp on his head a few times so that he does not remember.

I really believe that you need to confront this idiot and make him push your shoulder or something so that you can beat the shi$ out of him. Then you can blame that he tried to hit you in the face but he hit you in the shoulder (hence the push on the shoulder). Then after he is on the ground stomp his head a few times. Don't worry our heads are pretty thick. Just make sure you do not wear any steel toed or cowboy boots. You want to hurt him, not make him a vegetable, because how can you expect him to learn that pain accompanies stupid remarks?

haha jeez guys..... well i do hit him in the back of the head with my very thick chemistry book every ****** day at school if i see him...... and im not talkin light, one time he fell over.... kickin his ***, well i have sorta once, not to the point that he was very hurt but he got the point. dont worry though i tell him hes pathetic and **** often to get the point through, if he pisses me off though i may end up doin something more.
on a good note, stuff with steph is good as ever! sure i got overly protective there, even if i knew she wouldnt think anything of him, but hell after what he did last time.... i take ever little thing serious from him!
