Crazy Snow

Anyone in the Vancouver/BC area? Whats up with all this snow... its insane! (I say this because we RARELY get this much!) I can't really remember this much, well.. since I've moved here, which was '86!

Not saying I hate the snow, I love it... although the only garbage thing is that I can't drive my Protege because of my Kumho tires (they S U C K !!!! in the snow)... so I let my dad drive the Pro, cuz he works 1 minute away from home, and I take his MPV, cuz I work like 40 minutes away from home.

The mountains on the other hand, ROCK! Went up to Cypress on Monday, baby, that was shweet! Except it was full of kids because of that Teacher Strike.. oh well..

We've had snow in Vancouver worse than this.

I remember around 94 or 95, there was a lot of snow. This isn't a lot of snow.. nothing is closed down yet =)

Of course it's much better here in Vancouver than it is down there below sea level =).

Although it may be worse now.. haven't looked out in a few hours =)

Yeap I know what you're talking about. We got around 2-1/2 feet of snow over night. I really remember that dump we got... but remember how it rained the next day, and washed it away. The snow has really been sticking around for a while, and it hasn't been really raining.

For Richmond we actually got quite a bit of snow. Almost the same amount of snow everywhere else, but I heard Surrey got dumped pretty bad.
