Yes it is or i wouldnt get mad everytime i see a car with a huge wing like that on it or little windsheild washer lights , Tire valve lights, cut springs lots of not needed stickers , GTR emblems, Type R emblems i just hate rice do urself a favor and take it off

I think ricers are the one's who think they have a fast car and want to race anyone who has aftermarket stuff on their cars. AS for me I have all this junk on my ride and its still not fast, thats why I stay in the slow lane and let all the ricers pass me by.

Im rice and im proud of it! Im even proud of my "Mazda Protege" windshield decal and my "Mazda Racing" Rear window decal! They add 40+ HP each! How could you guys not know that? Geez and i thought you people knew stuff.
Edit: And I had to take my nice 6-spoke wheels off and put the stock ones on
Now its true Rice! Whooo hooo! hell yeah and since my rims are heavier i get better acceleration with the stock ones *wink wink*

ok.... well... why is it rice.... and i agree and disagree with some people... everyone seems to have ther own way of explaining what rice is....(insert $.02 here) I think rice is when you put stickers like sir, type R and stupid things like that. i think making your car look nice with a kit and things like lights are not really rice. but some people do take it too far.
btw... can we call it something else... im vietnamise and im not likeing that term too much.
