If you only see a round bright circle, don´t apply for a job in the bomb squad.
But, if you were serious about not seeing the numbers, go to the eye doctor and determine what kind of color blindness you have. My dad is red-green color blind... he can´t tell those two colors apart... thank God all street lights are installed the same way.
