Check out the Kia Wagons...

No bullshit...they look good and they DEFINITELY took a styling cue from the Lexus/Mazda sport wagons.

But...never the less...it's a Kia. But c'mon....you have to agree that they DO look nice.

Man there is more money in the mods exterior/interior than the car is even worth...LOL. You could not pay me to take a damn Kia (cheap junk). I have issues with car manufatures that offer to pay my bills, give me a free new car, give min. of $8000.00 for my trade, if I buy their car. Yes all of these promotions have been offered in AL. Next it will be "we will pay you $5000.00 to take our peice of ****".
LMFAO.....but yes they are starting to look better...if I am not mistaken those are like $13k-15k LOL yeah right...

I really agree w/you. I wouldn't take a Kia...unless someone gave me one.
But...c'mon admit it...the blue one looks good...exterior wise. Man...even the the door looks identical to the P5....crazy.

As I said yes they are starting to look better but have you seen these things bone stock its not just ugly more like fugly now customized (lowered, wheels, body kit etc) not bad....P5 puts the looks to shame as far as stock conditions and or the 3 for that matter

Once again just personal opinion of course...no offense

We had this conversation a few months back:
http://www.protegeclub.com/showthrea...t=kia+spectra5
I stated that I thought it was a good car, but not an original idea. Actually, the reviews from the magazines have been great. It is supposed to be a lot of fun to drive. And, in JD Powers or Consumer Reports, it shows that Kia quality is improving. The only challenges I see are:
1) Explaining to your friends WHY a gearhead like you bought a Kia
2) Finding aftermarket parts

Ya, apparently the magazines really like this car in 5 form. Though I will admit, there are quite a few rip-offs to its name...like the name! Spectra5...whatever you want, Kia.

Styling will put most people to sleep on this car, though the sedan I thought wasn't too bad. The wagon's been done aready, P5 style. That blue one I guess looks the best of the wagons. Probably the best cut-n-paste of an Evo VIII grill and hood vents ever...lol. I want those black rims for my car, though.

Well, I'll shut up now. Just my thoughts.

The content is also quite high... plenty of standard features. Some cars tend to grow on me. Maybe this one will, too.

As quoted:

HE: I would have removed the Tiffany lamp. But I happen to disagree with you -- imagine that -- about the exterior design. I think it looks sporty without being ostentatious. Next to a Toyota Matrix, it's pretty clean. And I imagine the drifters and boy racers who covet this car will come up with plenty of cosmetic add-ons

Ha ha, yeah RIIIIGHT son...what a moron...who's gonna wanna drift that thing!?

HAHAHAH!! for real! who would covet it either? granted its a pretty nice looking car but it seriously is a knock off p5, the interior looks like a straight rip off but who knows maybe it will look better when and if parts come out for it
peace

Puke car, anD DEFINATLY A P5 RRRRRRIP off In so many ways.

I will admit the blue one is looking alright, BUT, only because I like the look of the P5 (They make it look exactly like the P5 wishing for the same success)

Kia's are **** plain and simple (they look cheep, their styling is always ****, there is not one good looking kia straight from the factory, and even the ones all modded up have the sigh kia feel (cheep feel) I know they now come with exelent warenties, and are said to be much better built, better then some of the more liked vehicles on the market. They must make up for their cost of putting out such cheap cars with such great warenties, by not employing designers at all.
