Are you eating granite or cereal foxy...

What type of milk does everyone like to use with their cereal? I usually go with non-fat, because my roommates will buy the groceries...but when I want to be bad...I take the half and half that they use for coffee and pour it all over my cereal...ah...I can feel my belt tightning.....

I used to HATE anything other than whole milk for ANYTHING - but gradually I started using 2%, and now we use 1%. I can't even drink whole milk anymore.

But half-and-half rocks in the coffee - and back in the day, I did enjoy that over cereal - yum...

Nowadays it's the 1%, and Cremora in the coffee. And since I stopped living on fast-food and actually started doing grocery shopping, I've lost almost 15 pounds in 3 months - just from not eating fast food.

I can feel my belt loosening......
