At least from that one song (the one that plays on their myspace page) not a very unique sound, so not sure what makes them 'the best'.

I usually really like indie stuff too

You and my mother seem to have the same great taste in music. She loves euro-crap also!

hahaha, just kidding. As a music major in college I have to be critical of everything I hear but I also catch myself setting my iTunes to play the Theme from the Ninja Turtles movie while I'm in the shower so I can't be too judgmental.

I have to admit, yes, I really like the current crop of British bands:

Arctic Monkeys
Hard-Fi
The Go! Team
Manic Street Preachers (this band's been around for a while)

and the band in this thread. I just got really tired of hearing nothing but
Emo, Rap and Green Day clones.

There's more out there than british bands, emo, rap, and green day clones

that being said quite a few of the bands I listen to are british bands. oh well :P
