avatars under our names

how can i put an avatar under my name like most of you guys have? Thanks

user profiles, dude. but i dunno if you have a certain post count or not. files can't be larger than 100x100 pixels.

I just read in the profiles that you need 150 posts. But I went around the forum and found that people with less then 50 have an avatar. Whats up with that?

It might have been 50, then the administrator changed it to 150 later.

same here... here i was hoping and thinking i got to change or add one when i hit 50 and that wasn't so, but i am damn sure glad that that damn protegé newbie ***** is gone... i hated that with a passion.
