Ok guys and gals, I've been at it again, this is what I came up with... sorry about the two tshirt images, but I overwrote the blank design and had to find another one that actually works out much better....

...i like the font in which protege is written in (on the back of the car) -first one that came to mind ...the color....silver emblem, black lettersthats just my suggestion

I like prican_angel's idea!!!
add 2 more cents to the pot: How about on the back, represent the different types, 1 gen, 2 gen, and/or 3 gen? That might be a problem for the silkscreen, especially as some people have different 3 gens, etc. Solution to that: some sort of "aftermarket mod" where we can add the car/design of our choice to the back?
