Ive got an Idea a huge mazda logo on back with protege writen under it. On the front we have a small protege club logo off to the side. And on the sleves we have zoom zoom like one sleve zoom and the other sleeve zoom.

Im thinking a black T with white letering.

What do you guys think, if only I had some photoshop skills. Ill see what I can do later tonight.

I don't think we are allowed to use the Mazda symbol at all. Copyright infringement. Not sure though. I could be wrong

 

Front

Ill get to work on the back later. So no mazda symbol we can work around that put like a tach on the back or something.

Keep in mind that I have no photoshop skills so maybe someone good can fix this up.

How about having the key milestones listed on the back of the T similar to concert listings. So we have something like this:

Club formed.................December 5, 2001
1,000 members................March 20, 2001
etc....


Just a thought, have no idea if this data exists, and this was just a sample I made up.

OR

You could do something like have a sedan and a P5 pictured on the back with the front of the cars facing out parked at an angle so you can seen the sides of the vehicals something like this \ /. On the front it could say "Two Faced" with the club logo below and text on the back either below or above the pics saying "Looks can be decieving"

 

i like the ideas, but i need some pics of it. there has to be some photeshop guys on here. i like the one with the tach in it, but it has to be a real tach.

I've got Photoshop and a degree in Graphic Design... Let me see what I can come up with, but give me a couple of days. I'm also designing logos for other companies/groups right now and this would have to be more on my off-time.

Maybe what we need also is a bit more direction.. Usually when someone asks me for a logo, I will then ask them: what do you see in your mind when you think of this logo...
simple ideas like this will give me a general direction. For this instance, you might respond "speed" or "forum", etc...
Ask this to everyone: what's the first word that comes to mind?

 

first thing that comes to mind when i think about mazda is:

i like the clubsi logo, it has a tach but thats just me. im not trying to bite off it, but i like it.

 

That is a nice and well down logo... Anyone have ideas about colors perhaps also?

hmmmmmmmmm well first, should we have it say protegeclub. com, or just protegeclub. if it was upto me id say just protegeclub with the tach attached to it. protegeclub in black, tach in black outline, like the club si one.

 

how about a regular white shirt on the back it says www.protegeclub.com and on the front put the Forum picture like it was showed earlier.
