Anybody have mascots/good luck charms in their rides?

Here is my good luck mascot on my dash. Okay so it may seem silly but he cheers me up after a hard day at work. Funny thing though, he keeps looking at me as if to say "Take it easy! I did not enjoy sliding across the dash last time".

Anyone else have something smlilar? Oh by the way his name is Protege Pete, the penguin.

i used to have ren and stimpy heads on the dash of my old mustang (had a nice little shelf for that) but nothing in this car yet. anything on the dash would become a projectile the way i drive.

Stupid people never learn in my car and put their cell phones on the dash. How long do they honestly expect it to stay there with the friction coefficient of 0.005 hehe

I have a Tiger in my car. He's staring out the back at whoever's tailgaiting me as if to tell them

......

well I'm still not sure what he's telling them but you wouldn't wanna **** of a tiger now would you?

penguins are cool!

i don't have anything in my car, yet, to 'get me in the mood' for driving. i have a battle beast zip tied to the front of my mountain bike, though.

(10 points if you remember battle beasts , 1000 points if you tell me which one i have zip tied to the front of my bike! )

I have a Tiger in my Miata and a Tigger in the P5. Sits by the emergency brake handle. Hard to get mad in traffic with a Tigger in you car.

All my cars have a "Taz" somewhere in the car... usually stashed in the glove box or in the center console cubby. Been that way since day one... and it is going to stay that way.

Considering the color of my car (vivid yellow) it seemed natural to have a smiley face thing going on.....my wife had made a blanket a few years ago that is black with yellow smiley faces all over it, that is in the back just in case.....I took a smiley face antenna ball and made a hanger thing out of it...it hangs from the rear view mirror...and my wife, for our wedding anniversary got me a BUDDY for the car...he sits in the back seat... here he is:

if you squeeze his left hand he starts giggling...and then says "that funny" is a little high kids voice.

ha ha. He is awesome!

I have a dragon in my cupholder...(he wont stay anywhere else.)
I wouldnt really say he is a mascot but more like a guardian to me! I have him in my car to protect it from damn vandals and idoits on the road...I got a tatoo of one on my back to protect ME from vandals and idiots on the road as well! lol.

SkyHawK: I really like the black on silver interior!! Did you do that??
Hi Foxymazda
Hmmm, you will have to travel a long way to get my mascot but you are welcome to try .

There is some antiskid material under his butt to prevent him from leaving the vehicle via the passenger window as he tried to do a couple of times when I cornered a little to hard. Works great .

As for that silver and black interior, that is the standard interior which comes with the P5. It is not really silver but more of a metallic grey and must be the lighting. The new 2003 P5s have silver trim.

I have been adding yellow highlights in the interior, not much but here and there. A yellow and black steering wheel cover, a yellow decal on my HU and a yellow and black shift ****.

I guess you've never seen the newer 3rd gens since they came out. All the 2001+ ES and P5s come with the silver trim center console stock

I'm not sure if the 2001+ LX or DX has the silver trim...

I've always got some kind of monkey/primate for a 'mascot'. I've got a stuffed Koko the sign-language gorilla in my backseat...given to me by my fiancee.

Don't have a mascot yet for my 5, but on my 'scort i used to have one of those little green aliens from toy story on my back window. I was gonna put him in the 5, but it was all faded and kinda gross looking so i didn't.

I do however have a forum snowboards keychain hanging from my rearview mirror.. kinda as a reminder of the fast approaching season!!

Cool, one of these?

To be up-to-date, you could get one of these

exactly one of those!! he was one of those static stickers so i had him stuck to the back window ever since toy story came out, till i got the p5. the nice thing was because it was static it was easily removed and didn't leave gunk on the window at all..

it was always cool to watch in my rear view mirror when some kid recognized the alien and then tried to describe it to their parent who hadn't seen the movie.. their arm actions and expressions were hilarius..

If i can find a mike or sully static sticky it would most assuredly be on my car!!!
